30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with Lazarus for any reason, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email info@lazarus.tools from the address you purchased with, within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued through Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record, back to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your annual subscription at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current paid term, and you won't be billed again.

Note: if you hold a locked Founder or Early Adopter rate, cancelling releases that rate permanently. Re-subscribing later is at the then-current public price.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at your locked rate. If you'd like a refund on a renewal, the same 30-day window applies from the renewal date.
