This policy explains what information HoodAngelZ LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use the Lazarus website and software, and how we handle it. We aim to collect as little as possible.

Your footage stays on your machine

Lazarus processes your recordings locally on your own computer. Your video files are never uploaded to us or to any third party as part of the recovery process. We do not receive, store, or have access to the footage you recover.

What we collect

• Account and license data — the email address associated with your purchase and license, and basic license/activation information needed to operate your subscription.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle. We do not see or store your full payment-card details. Paddle's processing is governed by Paddle's own privacy policy.
• Support communications — if you email us, we keep that correspondence to help you and improve the product.
• Basic website data — standard server logs and minimal, privacy-respecting analytics to keep the site running. We do not sell this data.

How we use it

To provide and maintain your license, process subscriptions through Paddle, respond to support requests, send essential service messages, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the business — principally Paddle (payments and order processing) and our email/hosting providers — and only as required to deliver the service or comply with law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, subject to legal record-keeping requirements. Contact us at info@lazarus.tools.

Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
